He was able to negotiate on the property that we loved it and get us a really good price.
For example he figured it out that the measurements of the property were wrong and the seller had to changed it and with that the price of the property. Moreover, on our final walk through the house we found that the seller didn't make all the reparations. So, he was able to negotiate with the seller's agent to make all the fixings that he committed to do. Jordan Trosclair is amazing and I highly recommend working with him.
